  • natural plant juices – aloe, citrus fruits, cucumber;
  • the tonic does not need to be washed off;
  • Use the product every day at night and in the morning.

Recipes with ice

Parsley ice cubes

Chop a bunch of parsley and pour a glass of boiling water. Place over low heat and cook the broth for about 15 minutes. Let cool, strain and pour into molds. You can use fresh parsley chopped in a blender.

From aloe

To prepare, cut a leaf from the plant and place it in the refrigerator for a week. Then squeeze the juice and prepare the chamomile infusion.

To do this, pour half a glass of boiling water over a spoonful of herbs and let it brew for about an hour. Strain and mix the broth with the juice one by one. Freeze and use daily.
